Why is physical fitness a personal matter?

Physical Fitness is a personal matter for me because i want to be fit for the rest of my life.  I want to lose all of my baby weight because i just had a baby. I'm almost back  to my normal weight but i still have that extra fat that i really don't want. I love looking healthy but I also want to feel healthy. These are the main reasons why physical fitness is a personal matter for me.

How do some people neglect their health by choosing not to participate in physical activity?

People neglect their health by not exercising on a regular basis. In the future they might have high blood pressure, they may become obese. People really do not know how much exercise can really help you live a better/healthier life. By participating in any kind of activity you will have a better chance of living longer. I think exercising is good for your body so everyone should do it.

What are the primary health risk factors, and which ones may be controlled?

Smoking, High Blood Pressure

What benefits are gained by exercising?

The benefits that are gained from exercising are you can become a healthier person. You can prevent yourself from getting sick and/or having a heart attack or ending up in the hospital. Another benefit you may gain is you can live longer and reduce the chances or you getting sick or even dying. If you evercise on a daily basis you will not become obese. And if you exercise you can increase your chances of living a better life.

What is the relationship between wellness and personal fitness? 

I think the relationship between wellness and personal fitness is that both of can help you become and stay fit. Another way they i think they relate to eachother is you will not be sick when you are well of when you are physically fit. Wellness is when you are not sick,and personal fitness is when you have your own fitness. I think both of them really mean the same thing but there are some differences to them.  So i would want to have wellness and personal fitness as a major part of my life.
